When we were growing up, yoga was strictly for the granola crowd. Now, everyone is doing it. In fact, we mid-lifers are leading the pack. And that makes sense, since yoga is a great way for aging bodies to get a full workout without the high-impact pounding that can damage joints and make muscles sore.

Yoga is not a workout, we need to stop thinking about it in this way, it is a way to focus the mind.
