I use DVd's to exercise when I can't go out to walk in bad weather. Leslie Sansone has all different workouts, from 1 mile up to 4 miles, with added weights and stretchie bands to work out your upper back. I really like them. Jean Bakula

jumping jacks,lunges,stepping working your abs,and a routine consisting of stretching are the ways I get my cardiovascular workout. eating fruits before 30 minute before eating any else is my way of healthy living.

Thank you for the Core tips, I am recently recovering from a bulged disc L4 and have been trying to strengthen my core. I am so nervous to re-injure. Could use some re-hab advice for such an injury, any advice???
