As you can see by my birthday i am over 40 going rapdly oards 50. I have a ig gut and have never but what you call fit. I have tried in the past but now I am really needing not wanting to get in shape. I lost my mother to heart disease 2 years ago and have packed on plenty of weight since then. Thanks for he tips. I am getting busy now.
