As you can see by my birthday i am over 40 going rapdly oards 50. I have a ig gut and have never but what you call fit. I have tried in the past but now I am really needing not wanting to get in shape. I lost my mother to heart disease 2 years ago and have packed on plenty of weight since then. Thanks for he tips. This are great tips! It's hard to remember all the different exercises you pick up along the way. thanks for reminding me of a few I can get back to doing!
