How to Feel Young

How to “feel young” isn’t one of those things you can learn from a double-blind, placebo-controlled scientific study (unfortunately) so we turned to New York lifestyle coach and counselor Karen Elizaga for advice. Laugh

The average child laughs 150 times a day, but the average adult only laughs five times, according to Elizaga. “We take ourselves too seriously,” she says. “So book dinners with friends to talk about the absurdity of certain situations, go to a comedy club, watch funny tv shows or YouTube videos of favorite comedians.” (And one study has found that watching a funny movie improves vascular function.)
