Feng Shui Tips for Health

I am fascinated by how our environment affects our mental and physical and health, so I love decorating tips based on feng shui, the ancient Chinese art of arranging things. Hang Nature-Inspired Art

“Add photos or pictures of nature such as landscapes, seascapes or still-life of healthy fruits and vegetables,” says Barrett. This is especially important in any rooms which don’t have windows looking out on nature. As an example of how exposure to nature promotes health, Barrett points out that a study of people recovering from surgery found that patients placed in hospital rooms with windows that looked out at plants and nature recovered more quickly than those without nature views.
