Crunchy Chocolate Clusters
16 ounce bag chocolate morsels (milk chocolate, semi-sweet or mix of both) + 8 ounces can crunchy chow mein noodles + 1 cup lightly salted dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped.
Melt chocolate morsels in microwave or double boiler. Add noodles and peanuts and stir to coat. Drop by teaspoonful onto paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate to set.
