Fruit Cocktail Cake
1 cup self-rising flour + 1 cup sugar + 15-ounce can fruit cocktail in juice.
Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir until well blended. Pour into greased 8” square pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
