Kismet Inn in Bath, Maine

This five-room inn on Maine's central coast emphasizes relaxation and renewal, and houses a wellness center offering massage and other bodywork (up for a real treat? Try the four-hand massage). You can also work out your kinks in the inn's light-filled, wood-floored yoga studio. The restaurant uses local, organic ingredients, many of which—including yogurt, pickles, jams and even little things like ghee and tomato paste—are made in house.
