Major fast food chains are finally getting the message that they can make tasty french fries without using so many trans fats.  For those with high cholesterol, this means your fried spuds are now a little bit healthier — or at least not quite as bad.

A new study by researchers at University of Minnesota's School of Public Health analyzed levels of trans fats in french fries from five of the biggest fast food chains:  McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Jack in the Box and Dairy Queen.
